A West Cumbria man has appeared at North and West Cumbria Magistrates Court in Rickergate, Carlisle today [Mon].
Trevor Haw, 38, is charged with sexual assault on a female, the alleged offence is that he intentionally touched a woman aged 16 or over and that touching was sexual, the allegation relates to December 26, 2017, and took place in Aspatria.
During the hearing Trevor Haw gave his address to the court as Park Lane, Workington.
When the allegation was read out to Mr Haw he denied the accusation.
He will now appear at Carlisle Crown Court on October 24, he was granted un-conditional bail until then.
