The Farmer Network invites beef and dairy farmers to join them at Moor House, Orton, CA10 3SA on Thursday 29th November, from 10am to 2pm.

The Mawson family will host the event, which will feature top industry speakers. Jamie Robertson of Livestock Management Systems will discuss calf housing and making the best use of farm buildings. Ally Anderson from Zoetis will look at maintaining good calf health and ForFarmers will talk about how best to feed calves from birth through to adulthood, be it for finishing, breeding or milking.

There will also be a number of agricultural supply companies in attendance for farmers to network with. These include Custom Dairy Air, Eden Farm Supplies, G Hayllar Agricultural Services, Genus and Quick Tags.

Adam Day, Managing Director of The Farmer Network said “This event is a great opportunity for farmers’ to share their practical knowledge whilst looking at new practices and techniques with leading industry experts. Based on past Farmer Network organised events we are hoping for a large crowd of farmers on the day.”

Refreshments will be available to buy on the day.

Booking is essential to help with the event planning. Please call the Farmer Network on 01768 868615, text 07714 187034 or email [email protected] to book your place.
