Police are investigating a public order offence which occurred on St Nicholas Bridges in Carlisle on Monday 4th March a approximately 5:20pm.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “An unknown woman wearing a dark blue puffa jacket has approached a member of public and has shouted and sworn at her.
“Police are seeking information leading to the identification of the woman in the blue puffa jacket.”
