Police are continuing their appeal for any witnesses to a fatal road traffic collision that occurred on Wednesday 3rd April on the A591 near to Ambleside between the Low Wood Hotel and the Langdale Chase at approximately 2:30pm.
The collision involved two vehicles, a Red Honda CR-V and a silver Vauxhall Zafira which were travelling in opposite directions.
Anyone who witnessed this collision but has yet to come forward is asked to contact police referencing incident 104 of 3 April 2019.
