
Two fire engines from Barrow and Ulverston have attended a rescue from height on Skiddaw Gardens, Barrow-in-Furness.
Fire crews were called at 8:37am today, Tuesday 18 June.
A Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “One casualty was rescued using a triple extension ladder and a roof ladder.
“The casualty received first aid from firefighters before being handed to paramedics.
“Fire services were on scene for approximately twenty five minutes.”
