A Penrith man has appeared at North and West Cumbria Magistrates Court accused of three-charges of exposure and one accusation of sending communications by email of an offensive or indecent nature.
Odin Viking, 41, gave his address as Carleton Place, Penrith, there are three allegations of exposure, dated as June 17 and between June 14 and 18 also between June 21 and 24, that he intentionally exposed parts of his body which was grossly offensive, intending someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress.
He also faces an accusation that on July 16, he sent an email communication which was in whole or part indecent or of a grossly offensive nature for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety to the recipient.
Court papers show the allegations took place in Calthwaite, Cumbria.
Three offences are brought to court under the Sexual Offences Act 2003, and one under the Malicious Communications Act 1988.
When the allegations were read out in court, Viking said no-plea to each allegation, he will next appear at Carlisle Crown Court November 11.
