The best of Cumbria’s artists and designers will come together for a weekend of festive celebration at the Lake District’s favourite gallery and studio, Heaton Cooper in Grasmere.
The select group including artists using ceramics, glass, paper and wood, as well as painters, will have their work for sale at the Christmas art market, November 29, 30 and December 1.
Guests will be able to buy first class, individual Christmas presents, while listening to live music from singer/songwriter Ava Grace, and Theatre Voices. Seasonal food, including a festive brunch, will be served in Mathilde’s café.
Among those with stalls are fine furniture maker Gareth Harding, glass maker Jo Vincent, ceramicists Karen Wilkinson and Rebecca Callis, and painters Kathryn Wilson and Anna Thomas.
