A man has been charged following a robbery at Oxenholme Filling Station on Burton Road on the 22nd November at around 10:30pm.
Colin Eaves, 33 who is from Kendal but of no fixed address was charged with robbery and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
He appeared this morning (25th November) at South Cumbria Magistrates Court and has been remanded in custody.
He will next appear on the 6th January 2020.
