At about 5.35pm yesterday (6 Jan) police were called with a report that a white Transit van had been stolen from the Needham Drive area of Workington.
The suspect described as male, 6ft tall of stocky build and was wearing a camouflage jacket with the hood pulled up.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “The vehicle was located at about 7.35pm after police received a call from a member of the public who had spotted the van parked up behind the garages at the rear of Windsor Road, Workington.”
