Police are investigating an incident of arson to an unattended vehicle, which happened at the Moorclose shops car park, Workington at about 1.25am on 16th January.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “The unknown suspect is reported to have been wearing all black clothing and left in the direction of Ashfield Road South.”
Police are appealing for anyone who may have seen suspicious behaviour in the area, or anyone with information to call PC 2718 on 101, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, quoting log 7 of the 16th January.
