Police are investigating the theft of a handbag which occurred in Castle Park Penrith between 2:30pm and 3:30pm on 20th April 2020.
Police are particularly keen to speak to a man who was in the area at the time and may have witnessed it. He is described as being in his 60’s with white hair.
