Police are investigating an incident where homophobic abuse has been used towards two members of the public on Levens Drive, Carlisle.
The incident took place at around 10am on Thursday 14th May, where a male, described as being white with grey hair and driving a dark grey car, shouted the abuse.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “Police are appealing to the community for witnesses or anyone who may have information to help identify this man.
“Any hate related incidents will not be tolerated and will be dealt with robustly.”
