A 29-year-old Workington woman has been handed a further anti-social behaviour injunction after breaching her initial order.
Cumbria police’s Allerdale Neighbourhood Policing Team secured the injunction against Lauren Weaver on Wednesday July 1.
She appeared before Workington County Court via video link and was given a custodial sentence suspended for the duration of the new order.
Weaver is currently serving a prison sentence until September for the offences that led to the breach.
The new injunction remains in place until Thursday September 30 next year.
Under the conditions of the injunction, Weaver must not:
- Engage in conduct which causes or is capable of causing a nuisance or annoyance to people residing or lawfully visiting the Westfield estate in Workington.
- Enter any private land or garden without the occupier’s express permission.
- Engage in any conduct which causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to any person.
- Use any insulting language towards or threaten violence towards any person.
- Cause any person to fear the infliction of harm.
- Harm any person by the direct application of force against them.
- Be under the influence of alcohol or drugs in a public place.
- Have any open container of alcohol in a public place.
Cumbria police said the behaviour would not be tolerated and urged people to contact them if they witness any breaches of the conditions on 101.
