Witnesses are being sought following a burglary at a property on Fellside Court, Kendal on 25th May 2020, between 3am and 9am.
During the burglary, a blue Fiat Punto was stolen from the rear of the property.
The car was later found abandoned on Grasmere Crescent in Kendal with extensive damage.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “If you have seen or heard anything suspicious during the morning of 25th May 2020, or have CCTV / dash cam footage which shows a blue Fiat Punto during these times, please contact police.”
