The COVID-19 testing centre at Brunton Park, Carlisle is not available today.
A Cumbria County Council spokesman said: “We apologise for the confusion this has caused.
“We are seeking clarification and will provide a further update later today.”

Any NHS staff affected should arrange testing via their employer.
