Police are investigating an incident of criminal damage at an address on Eskdale Avenue in Carlisle.
The incident occurred at around 4:50pm on 21 September.
The property has sustained damage to a window.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “Officers are keen to speak to anyone who has any knowledge of two young males riding an E-scooter, which has been seen in the area at the time of the incident.
“These individuals have been described as being in their late teens, wearing all dark clothing with hoods up.”
