Police are investigating a burglary that occurred at Brown Hair Salon on Church Street, Stanwix at around 4:35am on 14th October.
Two people were seen riding away from the premises on a scooter or moped just before police were contacted, the vehicle was last seen heading in the direction of Scotland Road.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “Officers are appealing for residents in the areas of Church Street and Stanwix Bank who may have witnessed the incident or who may have CCTV or dashcam footage to get in touch.”
