Police are investigating an incident of criminal damage that occurred at 9.58am on the 3rd November in the area of Great Dockray, Penrith.
A man was seen to throw a rock through the rear windscreen of a silver BMW that was parked and unoccupied.
A Cumbria Police spokesman said: “Officers are keen to speak to a man described as skinny, wearing dark clothing, a puffa jacket and one blue glove, who was seen in the area at the time of incident.”
