An Orton man has appeared in court charged with possession with intent to supply a quantity of class A drug cocaine, on the same date he had possession of a quantity of cannabis, a class B drug and a quantity of class B drug, ketamine.
Naill Matthew Dixon, 24, gave his address as Franklands Park, Orton, Penrith.
The allegations relate from October 21 when he was in Carlisle and was stopped by police, the court was told he allegedly smelt of drugs, it is also alleged these quantity’s of drugs was not for his own personal use.
Dixon said he would not enter any pleas to the accusations, he was granted bail and will next appear at Carlisle Crown Court on December 18.
