
A person was taken to hospital following a burns incident in Silloth.
The Great North Air Ambulance and North West Ambulance Service responded to the incident on Saturday, July 25.
The air ambulance’s critical care team, which included a paramedic and a doctor, was activated at noon.
They arrived at the scene at 12.17pm and worked alongside the North West Ambulance Service to assess and treat the person.
The patient was taken to hospital by a road ambulance crew, accompanied by the air ambulance team.
