A man has been charged after a quantity of cannabis was located at a property in Calthwaite on the 20th July 2020.
David Allen, 67, of Calthwaite, Penrith was charged with producing controlled drug of class B – cannabis and concealing criminal property.
He appeared before North and West Magistrates Court this morning (Nov 27) and remanded in custody to appear at Crown Court on the 4th January 2021.
