Police are appealing for information following the return of two puppies.
The two six-week-old Boxer puppies, were initially taken between 12.15am and 7am on Sunday, 20th December from Deer Park Road, Carlisle.
The puppies were found and returned to the police at 5.21pm on the same day.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have seen or heard anything suspicious at the time of the incident, or anyone with information to get in touch to help with enquiries.
