Helena White, H&H Land & Estates

H&H Land & Estates has welcomed a new chartered surveyor to the team.

Helena White is based in the Kendal office to advise clients on rural properties and property related matters across the Cumbrian region.

Originally from Devon, Helena comes from a farming family who are also involved in commercial forestry.

She graduated from Harper Adams University in 2018 with a BSc (Hons) in rural enterprise and land management.

She is a RICS chartered surveyor, registered valuer and fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers.

Colin Tomlinson, managing director of H&H Land & Estates, said:  “We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Helena to our team at H&H Land & Estates.

“She is joining us at a really exciting time, when our market share and demand for our services is growing across all regions of the North.

“Helena has a very impressive understanding of the rural sector, and her hardworking nature will be a real asset to the team as we head into a new year and a time of significant change for the industry.”

Helena said:  “I am delighted to be joining a company which has such a strong prominence and reputation.

“This past year has presented a number of challenges to so many people, but with change also comes opportunity.

“I am looking forward to working with farmers across the South Lakes, to assist them with their developmental progression in what is going to be a transitional period.”
