All lines have reopened between Carlisle and Scotland following forecasted heavy rain.
Trains are now able to run between Carlisle and Scotland, but services may be delayed by up to 20 minutes.
Disruption is expected until noon.
Avanti West Coast services had been cancelled since yesterday morning.
TransPennine Express had been running trains south from Carlisle, but no services were operating north.
