More than 400 properties are without electricity in Workington after a power cut.
The problem, reported to Electricity North West at 1.12pm, is in the area near Clay Flatts Industrial Estate.
The electricity provider says it expects power to be restored by 4.11pm.
Electricity North West said the power cut has been caused by “an unexpected incident” on its high voltage cable which provides electricity to the properties.
