A man has been taken to hospital suffering serious injuries after falling from a bridge in Workington,
Emergency services were called at around 6pm to New Bridge Road, over the River Derwent, at around 5.50pm.
The man, in his 30s, was taken to the Cumberland Infirmary in Carlisle.
