Police are dealing with a serious one vehicle collision in Carlisle city centre.
Emergency services were called to the collision on Botchergate, near to the ibis Hotel, shortly before 10.30am.

The road is currently closed in both directions, closures are in place at The Crescent, Tait Street and Crown Street.
Closures are expected to remain in place for several hours.
