A man who died following a collision on Botchergate, Carlisle, has been identified.
Geoffrey Brown, 83, of Borland Avenue, Carlisle, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers were called to the collision at 10.15am on Monday to a report of a two-vehicle crash.
The collision involved a Honda Jazz and Ford S-Max.
The driver of the Ford was uninjured.
Mr Brown is father to two children Geoff and Jacqueline.
