Police are investigating after a building site was targeted and a number of tools were taken.
Officers are probing the theft at a building site on Winchester Place in Brampton between 4pm on March 22 and 7.45am the following morning.
Two Rubi TX710 tile cutters and an orange Bahco toolbox with a large number of tools inside were taken.
Cumbria Constabulary is interested in speaking with anyone who has seen any individuals or any vehicles acting suspiciously in the area between these times.
Anyone with information or who witnessed the incident is encouraged to contact police on 101 quoting log number 30 of March 23.
