A man in his 40s subjected his victim to a tirade of verbal abuse.
Police are investigating the incident, which officers believe was witnessed by several people.
The proposed public order offence took place on Kendal Business Park at 11am yesterday.
It was reported that a man in his 40s subjected the victim to a tirade of verbal abuse whilst the victim was leaving the estate in his vehicle.
