
A woman was forced to the ground and had her phone stolen as she walked towards a bus stop.
Two men targetted the woman, who was working towards the bus stop outside Brockhole Visitor’s Centre on the A591, between Ambleside and Windermere.
Police were called to a report of robbery at about 11.30pm on Monday.
It was reported that a 23-year-old woman was approached by two men who forced her to the ground and took her mobile phone and rucksack.
