Cumbria police are dealing with a serious crash on the A69.
The A69 is shut in both directions between the A6071 at Brampton and the Low Row turn-off following a serious collision.
Local minor roads are becoming very congested as a result.
The road is closed while emergency services deal with the incident.
An air ambulance is also reported to have been called to the scene.
