A man has been arrested on suspicion of possessing an offensive weapon after a fight in Barrow.
Police are currently investigating an incident in the area of Crellin Street, at about 9pm on June 7.
It was reported that a large group of men were seen fighting in the street, leading to several people being assaulted. Officers believe there were a number of witnesses to the incident.
No serious injuries were reported.
A 32-year-old man from Barrow was arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon. He has been released under investigation.
