Families in Carlisle are being offered a free event.
iCan Health and Fitness CIC is bringing its new Wheels of Wellness facility to Denton Holme, offering trampolining for people of all ages and abilities.
There will also be lego, crafts and mindfulness activities.
The event will take place between 10am and 2pm on August 6.
