Six Cumbrian youngsters have been named in the England Community Lions under-16s squad for the game against Wales.
Included in a squad of 20 to face the Welsh on August 22 are Ellis Nixon (Seaton Rangers), Scott Egan and Logan Holgate (both Hensingham); Fynn Wright, Ashton Sice and Oscar Doran (Kells).
At under-17s level, Josh Burr (Hensingham), Jack Ainley and Blaine Graham (both Kells) have also been selected for England Community Lions who also play Wales on the same date at Colwyn Bay.
The doubleheader is to celebrate two years of junior international rugby league in Wales.
