Cumbria are to give a debut to a 17-year-old schoolboy in their NCCA Championship three-dayer with Buckinghamshire which starts on Sunday.
Evan Williams, a pupil at Sedbergh School, has been promoted for the game at Furness, on the back of a superb 152 for the county development side against Scotland Under-19s at Netherfield recently.
He is one of three changes made by the selectors following their defeat in Bedfordshire last week.
Wyll Stanway comes into the 12 and if he plays on his home ground it will also be his debut for the senior side.

James McGown, of Keswick, is the third change and the three who drop out are Nathan Waterston, Sam Sharp and Matty Lowden. Waterston is struggling at the moment with a shoulder injury.
Cumbria, who are through to the NCCA Trophy final next month against Berkshire, have lost both their opening Championship games to Northumberland and Bedfordshire.
The 12 named for this latest game are:
- Gary Pratt (capt, Richmondshire)
- Ben Davidson (Carlisle)
- Evan Williams (Sedbergh School)
- Michael Slack (Carlisle)
- Sam Dutton (Blackpool)
- Matthew Sempill (Cockermouth)
- Drew Postlethwaite (wk, Haverigg)
- Paul Hindmarch (Cockermouth)
- James McGown (Keswick)
- Matthew Siddall (Blackpool)
- Wyll Stanway (Furness)
