A person was taken to hospital after a kitchen blaze in Carlisle.
Fire crews from Carlisle East and Carlisle West stations were called to Brookside at around 8.10pm on Friday to the blaze.
The North West Ambulance Service transferred a casualty to hospital for precautionary checks following smoke inhalation.
Crews were in attendance for approximately an hour.
