A casualty was freed after a two-vehicle crash.
Three fire engines and paramedics were called to the A689 at Brampton shortly after 4pm yesterday.
Firefighters assisted paramedics to remove one casualty from a vehicle and there were another three casualties.
Fire crews made the scene safe and were at the scene for around 40 minutes.
