An air ambulance has been called and the road is partially blocked after a crash on the A596.
The road is blocked at Wedgwood Street in Siddick.
Traffic is being diverted via Seaton. Police are now controlling traffic past the scene.
It is understood that an air ambulance is currently on scene.
Stagecoach services 30 and 300 are affected.
