A man has been airlifted to hospital after being injured by a cow in north Cumbria.
The Great North Air Ambulance (GNAAS) was called at 1.34pm to the incident near Hallbankgate.
A spokesman for GNAAS said: “Working with the North West Ambulance Service we flew a doctor and paramedic to the scene and airlifted a patient to hospital in Newcastle.”
The air ambulance arrived on scene within 12 minutes.
