Two men have been charged and another has been arrested and released on bail after a vehicle was searched on the A590.
Police stopped and searched a vehicle on the A590 at 11.43pm on October 21 near the Brettargh Holt Roundabout.
Naseem Khan, 20, of Franklin Close, Oldham, was charged with:
- Driving whilst disqualified;
- Using a motor vehicle on a road/public place without third party insurance;
- Failing to provide specimen for analysis;
- Police obstruction.
He was remanded in custody.
Dale Smith, 24, of McClintock Street, Barrow, has been charged with:
- Conspiracy to acquire/use/possess criminal property;
- Two counts of possession with intent to supply class A drugs.
He was remanded in custody.
A 22-year-old man from Rochdale was arrested on suspicion of:
- Two counts of possession with intent to supply controlled class A drugs;
- Acquire/use/possess criminal property.
He has been released on police bail.
