A CCTV image has been released by detectives investigating a racist incident in a Penrith cafe.
Police are probing a racially aggravated incident that happened at about 11am on October 30 at The Rooster Cafe, Ullswater Road.
Officers would like to speak with the man pictured as he may be able to help with police enquiries.
Investigators would like to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time or anyone who may have witnessed anything.
