Firefighter recruits are to take on a mammoth challenge for charity.
The challenge will involve rolling out as many 25-metre lengths of lay flat hose in a four-hour period as many times as possible between the six recruits.
Throughout the day the Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service team (CFRS) will also be raising awareness of safety and will provide an opportunity to meet the crew.
Rolling Hose for Christmas is tomorrow between 10am-2pm in Carlisle city centre.
Donations will be taken on the day, as well as on the JustGiving page.
The money raised will be given to The Fire Fighters Charity.
