Police are investigating after a man was injured during an assault in Carlisle.
The incident happened in the area of Meadow View and Crossways, Carlisle yesterday, January 17.
A man, in his 30s, suffered a cut to his head during an assault.
Just before, at about 2.30pm, a number of people were seen arriving in a dark saloon car.
Officers are appealing for information about the incident.
