St Bees School has announced a 100 per cent scholarship for “exceptional” year 11 students.

This would cover full tuition and boarding in the school’s boarding house, which is currently home to over 50 students; half from the UK and half from eight different countries all over the world.

In sixth form, students are able to choose three subjects from maths, further maths, art, biology, chemistry, physics, economics, history, English literature and geography.

Students also conduct a research project (the International Project Qualification – IPQ), in which they focus on any topic of interest – and so this could easily combine their passions or be something related to what they would like to study at university.

These places are very limited.

You can visit the Sixth Form Scholarship page and download a registration form here: https://www.stbeesschool.co.uk/sixth-form-scholarship/
