
Police were called to an address in Dalston after a health professional was refused access to a patient.
Officers were contacted at 11.15am today after concerns were raised about the man’s welfare.
A health professional had attended the address where they were initially refused access, so they contacted police to assist.
The man was subsequently taken to the Cumberland Infirmary due to illness.
