The story of the Pied Piper has been turned on its head for a half-term show at Wigton’s John Peel Theatre.
Imagine a cat running a protection racket, employing a gang of rats to damage a town and then charging residents protection money to call them off and you get the idea of The Pie Eyed Piper of Wigton.
It will be performed at the theatre from February 14 to 19 at 7pm and two matinees will be held at 2pm on February 19 and 20.
