Veterans and serving members of the armed forces are invited to the next Workington Veterans Hub on April 2.
Held at the Army Reserve Centre on Harrington Road, it is a place for veterans and serving HM forces to relax, have a free bacon buttie and a brew and offer each other peer-to-peer support.
The hub was set up three years and meets on the first Saturday of every month from 11am to 1pm.
