Farmers and police to clear the A66 after a HGV shed its load.
The westbound carriageway at Stainmore was blocked following the collision which happened at around 7pm.
Drivers were diverted onto the A69 and the one lane of the road reopened at around 11pm.
Eden police said: “Thanks for your patience and thanks to the farmers who assisted.”
