A van, cash and tools were stolen by two men in a Kendal burglary.
Police are investigating the incident, which took place in the Hayclose area on Wednesday between 3am and 4am.
Entry was forced into the property and tools, cash and a white and grey Citroen Berlingo van was taken.
The suspects are described as two men, both dressed in black.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed this incident or can provide CCTV of the area at the time.
